paint anodized al trim?

Can you prime anodized aluminum trim to accept urethane paint? I have black mirrors and trim around the doors on a gray ciera that i am going to paint, i'd like to paint the trim black too. Can i do this?

Sure just use a 2K epoxy primer like Nason 491-16.

Anodizing is a chemical hardening process; the colours obtained are a secondary trait. Treat as bare aluminum; whatever is recommended for one works for the other.
