Changing the trans fluid on my 06 Tacoma 5 speed. Is there any lube that works better then others as far as smooth shifting ?

I had a 2000 Honda Civic with a balky 5 speed. I replaced the factory fluid with some MT from Redline. I thought it was MT-1, but it was so long ago I'm not sure. What a huge difference in shift quality. It became very smooth, and reverse was much easier to engage.
