Only secure content is displayed?

Frequent popup. "Only Secure Content is Displayed".... Risk...........Show ALL. This is a MS warning which is a real annoyance. Can I somehow remove it or is it a genuine safeguard? Ed Hayes

No need to change browsers as people here suggest in EVERY thread about IE. Just follow the info in the link below for an explanation of why it shows that and how to disable it if you wish...
