Yes the problem I had with Uber was that it's too small and entrepreneurial; there just wasn't that burgeoning us-too, greedy-profiteering corporate entity that I always look for. I am glad this merger solves that problem.
This is the problem with Europe. Someone comes along to offer a different yet less expensive alternative and the overpriced french taxis complain. So what does France do Ban it. Yeah lets stiffle and stamp out innovation. They sound like American bureaucrats.
