I have recent passed 41k miles on my Focus ST that I've given nothing but PU and PUPPP since factory fill was dumped at 1k. The only store I've been able to find it at now no longer carries it and I didn't feel like waiting since I had already pushed the prior change out 7,100 miles.

I went with Edge for this change since the forums have had a boner for it recently. Am I safe pushing it out to 6-7k given I drive roughly 80% highway miles, 14 miles each direction for work daily, and take regular extended trips (400+ miles). It sees WOT and heavy boost each day.

Nice car!

I've been using Edge 0-40 on my 335 dual turbo, DI, 160,000 mile engine. I run mine out to at least 10,000 miles although there's a lot of road trip mileage in that. I have a UOA on here and it looks really good at that mileage, so I think you'd be fine at 6-7.

Walmart has it when it's in stock.

I've been using Castrol Magnatec 5W-20 in my Ecoboost Fiesta ST per many members recommending it on their Ecoboost engines (Escape and Expeditions) and so far so good.
