High Mileage GM Truck 5.3L UOA?

I was wondering if anyone has a UOA they would like to share on a Silverado or Sierra with the 5.3L that has 200,000 or more miles on it.

If I remember, I grab a UOA on my friends 2004 Suburban with the 5.3 in it that has 345k miles on it the next time he comes in for an oil change.

I just had a UOA on my Chevy truck with 160k with Castro edge gold. I put 10k on it and Blackstone recommended 15k. I'm using Belgium 0-30 now, I only run AZ clearance oil now. I'll test the 0-30 down the road.
