fuel additives AS fuel?

Saw a funny post over at /r/AskAS****yMechanic that made me wonder..if you were to fill your tank with a fuel additive, say Regane, how well would your car actually run, if at all?

Wondered the same thing, but with Seafoam. I'd guess not at all.

Yeah it wouldn't run at all on Gumout, definitely not strong enough to replace gas

I bet an IDI diesel would run on straight 2-stroke, probably wouldn't have much power or efficiency, though.
