Looking for the blue-lined USA made 30r7 fuel line. Might be Goodyear.

I'm hearing that Chinesium hose has invaded Autozone, and I'm hoping to avoid a wild goose chase going to all the stores in person. Looking for 5/16 or 8mm hose.

Anyone buy fuel hose recently??

Thanks!

McMaster-Carr has a web site. They have several types of fuel hose including Tygon f-4040 in a wide range of sizes. But I did not see any blue-lined USA made 30r7.

Try a BMW or Mercedes parts for anything fuel injection related. I bought 5 meters of fuel line for about 75$ It has a Rondel stamped in blue on it. My 528e war regulated at 2 bar~30 PSI. The original hoses were made in W Germany get scary looking when they turn 30 yrs old.

Not sure where it's made, but I think this could work.

Fastenal - Eaton Fuel Hose

I googled and it sounds like "Fluoroelastomer Veneer" is the blue lining stuff, I'm not familiar with fuel hoses or that material at all though.

**And I just noticed it's sold by the case.. You might be able to find that product sold by someone else though.
**And I just realized it's SAE 30R9, not 30r7. It sounds like 30r9 might be ok to use in place of 30r7?

This could work too?

This link makes me think maybe blue lined lines are less common now, since it's saying discontinued?

That looks exactly like what I had bought in the past. I had gotten it at AZ before. Now I understand it's all Chinese stuff at AZ.

Not sure how much you need, but using the part numbers 65149 and 65151, it looks like both are available on amazon.

You're looking at around $55 shipped for 25ft

$12.73 for 18"

Same here. I actually get most rubber parts from NAPA. Belts, hoses, etc.

I bought fuel hose from Orielly last month. It was American made. This was the hose they keep behind the counter and is sold by the foot.

I did go to NAPA and AZ today. While AZ seems to show Chinese hose online, in store they have some Armor brand hose. NAPA has Gates.

I got some of each. It's useful for doing diesel purge and other things on my MB cars.

Gates is on the left. Its marginally larger than the AZ hose, and the inner lining is obviously thicker and better bonded.

Side markings. Lousy pic.

What objective evidence is there that this is the world's best?

The difference in quality between the OEM Toyota fuel hose made in Japan and the $1.95 a foot Gates fuel hose you bought is like day and night.

Note that the Toyota part number for the 8 mm, 100 cm hose is 95333-08100. 6 mm, 100 cm hose is 95333-06100 and so on.

Toyota OEM hose made in Japan by the company that supplies the fuel systems for the Japanese cars (see the company logo on the hose, I don't know the name):

Compare above with the $1.95 a foot Gates fuel hose and Chinese fuel hose below with very thin-walled inner tube, weak and random threads, gaps between the inner and outer tubes, and weak outer tube:

The company is Toyoda Gosei.

2. Fuel-filler lids
3. Fuel-filler caps
4. Capless device (New!)
5. Fuel hoses and tubes

Not really. Its no better than the Gates I can buy everyday down the street.
I dont care for Gates (reboxed) hard parts like tensioners and water pumps but their core products like belts and hoses have always been top shelf.
