I came across this PDF from Aisin .. it recommends changing ATF every 20k KM

Used to change at 20-25k km for Mitsubishi AT.
Now switch to 25-30k km OCI.

I've owned these transmissions for twenty five plus years in Toyota's and there is plenty of (mis)information and mythology built up around them, but I've never heard anything quite like this. Replacement of all the fluid every 20k km? Really?
