new caliper, loaded or unloaded

137k on her now. Last time I had it apart, things were cruddy of course. Calipers were also somewhat hard to push in.

Looking at POWER STOP KC1866A or 1866A-36
Anyone use these or similar ones? I put their brake kit on last time but did not change the calipers.

I was going to ask you if this was the Jeep, but I saw you sold it.

As far as calipers, I would personally get loaded. Assuming the vehicle is older and if the caliper is failing, it's about time for the bracket hardware and boots to be replaced too. What kind of cost difference it there?

With my Jeep, it was like $15 IIRC. New boots and pins would be more than that.
