The WBO2 I have has it's own controller. It provides both a narrow band and a wide band signal out. It also has it's own heater control.
I could feed this signal into the OEM wire loom and use it to replace the OEM narrow band O2 and also to the AF gauge for the wide band output.
If the tuner is looking for 12v for the heater he is barking up the wrong tree fuel control wise. If he is just trying to confirm the wiring that's a different story.

Great. The PCM part# xw7z12a650jc hardware type MLC-411 you gave me is a common US version not export only.
The tuner just turned the previously turned off O2's on in the tune correct.
