There does not seem to be much use of scan tools in the motorcycling community.
I am looking for an inexpensive scan tool for my Honda CBR300R. The only inexpensive one I found was this one on ebay

The tool will be used purely to satisfy my curiosity about the Honda fuel injection system. Any thoughts on this tool?
I enquired on the CBR300R forum and did not get much of a response

The Honda factory too is the MCS (Motorcycle Communication System) and googling it did not bring up anything significant. Makes me wonder if the Honda dealers have the scan tool.
Scan tools help tremendously in trouble shooting automobiles but, since motorcycle fuel injection systems are relatively unsophisticated and simple, motorcycle scan tools do not seem to be much used.
