What oil to use for an Aristo 2JZ-GTE VVT-i ?

Thanks for the input. I would like to stick with the M1 0w-40 but I'm unsure about the new FS formula vs the old stuff. Might try the Castrol 0w-40. I don't want to go anything above that so I'd prefer to stay with either a 5w-30 or 0w-40 since it does have the stock water oil cooler and piston oil squirters.It does get pretty [censored] hot in Florida during the summer though.

I would also look into Rotella T6 0w-40. More and more Advance Auto Parts stores have it now. "Heavy Duty Engine Oil", so I think it would fit your application quite nicely. Just my 2 cents...
