Here is your answer. Next time, instead of turning on the heater, turn on the AC. If the temp goes down, all is probably well. If it goes up quickly, your fans probably are not working.

The latest is that the thermostat wasn’t opening all the way. Now I have to wait for them to get the right thermostat. One of the problems with going to the dealer.

change radiator liquid!( and coolant filter if it has one )
also thermostat , lastly clean from the fan side the radiator!
