I noticed that if I deselect a particular 'important' Windows update that it will automatically re-check itself the next time I open Windows Updates to take a look. Microsoft is trying to sneak the update to install the next time you power cycle the computer.
It's update KB3150513, which looks like something to do with upgrading to Windows 10. Microsoft is relentless on forcing Windows 10 on people it seems.
