Interesting to see a UOA on this product at last. I was very curious to see what sort of result it might produce.
7,500km is nothing for most cars and their oils these days, and that high TBN value proves that, I think.

That said, this doesn't mean their "BMW Long-Life 01" 0W-20 is ending up in my Bimmer :p
 
0w-16 is not recommended for Australian Rav4,5w-30 is the thinnest viscosity recommended in the owners manual.
This is just an experiment.
Yes I could go another year with out an oil change but I already changed the oil and filter with the same.
driven the vehicle 38+ ambient to 0c' winter months with out any dramas.
 
Very enviable wear ppm you have there.

This 0W16 was probably subject to very 'smooth/gentle' acceleration and below 3000rpm or lower ? ..... just guessing.
