I know this is food related, but it's not about the actual food.
I'm in a situation where I'm going to have to cook a pork shoulder on a rainy day for our mother's day activities.
I have a Traeger pellet grill. The exhaust ports (two) are on the back of the barrel.
I'm not concerned about the grill getting a little wet, but I don't want it to be out working in a downpour if that happens.
I'm thinking of opening my garage door, setting the grill near the door, having a couple of fans blowing out of the garage to ensure the smoke leaves the garage.
Certainly not idea, but would it suffice?
