Blinker fluid can be mixed up to 50% with windshield washer fluid but only the standard blue formula.

1/2 MMO and 1/2 synthetic blinker fluid will keep the housing clean.
My car calls for 1W-0 blinker fluid. Will switching to 0W-0 for winter (temps can get to -30C(-22F)) affect the blink rate?
