Like said, 2008 would probably be the sweet spot, but the drive, fit, feel is better on the second gens IMO (2009+).
My mom had a 2008 Pontiac Vibe from 2007-2015 and put ~80K trouble free miles on it. Not a pleasant vehicle to drive or be in, but simple, economical, reliable and easy for DIY maintenance.
The standard Vibe version like we had doesn't have ABS, TPMS, etc.
