Brand new HF Predator 3200 watt generator. Has a Chonda 212cc OHV engine.

Shipped dry.

Added Super Tech HM 5-30 and ran for 10 hours like manual stated (5-qt jug from stash).

Drained and refilled and ran another 3 days straight during power outage.

Drained and refilled with more Super Tech HM 5w-30 after power was restorerd.

Ran flawlessly during outage. I'd recommend to others, especially for $279.

Used 93 octane w/ Sta-Bil Marine additive.

This machine has 30 years of service on straight SAE 30 dino oil, including Quaker State, Castrol GTX, and PYB. I figured it was time for a change, so to speak.

Could be the last OC on this generator. I doubt if it will make it another two years. Located on the coast, it's Chinese made steel frame is now a rusting pile of junk. Generac stiffed thousands of customers with these between 2006 and 2008.

50 hour ocis, machines are run everyday full throttle cutting grass for 4-5 hours a day on levees
