Taking care of a new vinyl roof

Fairly soon i'm getting a new vinyl roof for my car, any tips on how to take care for it? The car is kept in a fairly dark garage away from direct sunlight

I've wondered if any of the spray waxes contain UV protectors?

personally i've never used any waxes whatsoever, but i figured i will take care of the new one since it certainly is not cheap, i'll look into that Aerospace stuff
