TmanP, that was one problem, but there were more. I followed change intervals religiously with complete flushing, but still had Dexcool eat my lower intake manifold gaskets. Enough people had LIM gasket problems and sludge issues after following recommended service intervals you had to conclude Dex was incompatible with a lot of gaskets, and non-closed cooling systems. Trust me, Trav has it exactly correct.
