Lovely spouse and I went to a new restaurant in town , Shogun. Hibachi style, never been to one before. Chef puts on a show with spinning/tossing eggs on his spatula, into his hat, chopping them in mid air. Tosses shrimp and sprays saki from a squeeze bottle across the grill into open mouths.
Anyway, we were introduced to YumYum sauce. I never want to eat asian again without it. Light, adds a lot of flavor. Found some at WM. Give it a try, delicious!
