So our Fusion has had the dreaded "squeak" from the front end (passenger side in our case) for about the past month. It happens over bumps and when turning. It came and went at first, but now is in full force. It quiets down a bit with warmer and wetter weather, but is still prominent. This is a common issue with this chassis, which is shared with the first gen Mazda6. It is 100% coming from the passenger corner. Typically the fix is the front lower control arm. This car has 2 lower control arms and one upper arm per side. Everything in the passenger corner looks brand new, no cracked boots, etc. The only thing I could see was a little cracking on the front lower control arm bushing where it bolts to the subframe. I can't tell if the cracking is superficial or not. FWIW, the other side does not have this cracking to quite this degree, and it makes no noise. Everything feels nice and tight on both sides also. Help!
