This oils was in place about the same interval, so its nice to see metals matching up as well as they do. That shows internal parts are wearing well at 92,000 total miles. You mentioned some fuel system cleaner, but that stuff gets burned up before getting to the oil, so it does not impact these results. The trace of fuel is harmless and probably idling or city driving, which is fine. The viscosity was on target and oil filtration looks great with insolubles at 0.3%. Try 7,000 miles next time.
