The valvoline site has it as I just looked at the PI sheet for each on the atv and motorcycle's oil.
The motorcycle oil is specifically formulated for higher horsepower and higher temps than a atv/UTV application.

I run the atv oil in my '91 4wd Honda fourtrax. I have done two oil changes with the valvoline atv 10w40 because it is 2-3bucks cheaper than Honda's and YOU DONT have to get it at the dealer. Tractor Supply Store (is where I get it) or I guess, Wally World.
