It would have saved everyone a lot of time if you had posted a link since any one company may have a series of different products.

My thoughts and actual physical experience?

A bottle of goo for engines on their last leg and not much mixable with motor oils.

Forms a thick blob of goo when at rest.

The HyperLube zinc replacement is a good product for racing engines and OE stuff.

The HyperLube Orange-Red Labeling bottle is a good for nothing goo.

There is no chemistry in either Lucas or this HyperLube goo to extend anything.

Dream on.

HyPer Lube is a good product.I have used it several times. In a mid 80's LTD v6 with low compression on several cylinders HyPer was in a cocktail that evened out the uneven idle.On several vehicles I used it to reduce oil loss.I think it really excels in manual trannies and rear ends. The product "cushions" and reduces felt vibration and noise in the units I have used it in.Use it at the levels indicated on the label.

Is it also just 'bright stock', and thick elastomers like the Lucas snot??
