Wear metals are about the same as previous analysis indicates normal wearing parts. The viscosity is a little thin for 10W30, but no fuel turned up that may caused that. Also, with wear metal this low, it doesn't look to have any effect on wear. The low insolubles continue to show excellent oil filtration/no problems with combustion. This oil could definitely handle some more use, so try adding 2,000 miles.

Note: I changed air filter at the time I changed oil, the brand new Purolator air filter did let a little more dust into the engine.

The oil filter is Honda PCX-004.

I drained the previous oil with MOS2 very well, such that moly of previous oil drained mostly out.

This OCI had seen many redlines about 5-10 each drive, more than previous OCI, with 500 more miles wear metals are the same. But this OCI had more highway drives, about 80% total mileage vs about 25-30% of previous OCI.

PP 10W30 seems to be good for high rev engine, at 80 MPH engine the RPM is around 4300-4400 PM. But I may mix couple quarts xW40 with it to raise viscosity a little, then I can go to 7-8k miles OCI.

Nothing unusual, no abnormal levels of contaminants. Flash point dropped from 435F to 400F, showing the presence of fuel and reducing viscosity. Some of the viscosity loss may be due to shear but most if it is probably from the fuel.

Good looking report
