bad engine mount?

06 Elantra with 103,xxx miles. When the transmission is in gear, and the brakes and e-brake engaged, the engine moves a good bit, as shown in this video (around the 3:30 mark): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8g7sEWrbi60.

I've attached pictures of the rear mount. Do you guys think it might need to be replaced?

They are certainly starting to dry rot.

However, I don't see any crazy tearing or broken bits.

If it's not expensive, replace the mounts, it will only help

Here's a how-to on replacing the rear mount:

If you're able to watch the mount while somebody brake-checks the engine, you might be able to see the rubber pull apart, but most of the time you won't know the mount is torn in half until after the mount is out. While it's sitting there, it'll look fully intact.

I tried to do that. I wasn't able to get all the way under, mostly out of fear haha, but looking from the side, there was a lot of play in it when my wife did it.
