What oil do you guys use in your pioneers and why?

Rotella T3 15/40 in my '07 Rincon (same engine) some here say you won't beat it in a shared sump..works good for me.

I bet it's good to 0F any colder I'd be looking at a 0W or 5w

I'm currently running Royal Purple max cycle/cycle max? 10w30 in my Rincon. I noticed it seemed to help the (totally different) transmission in my Rancher AT shift a little smoother. My quads are both still below 200 hrs and i havent done UOA's on either.
At $12-$14 a quart I'll likely follow the lead of alot guys on honda forums and run rotella t-6 next change.

I run either 15w40 or 5w40 Rotella in my Rincon. Both are fine. No issues with cold starts, though it doesn't get super cold here (rarely below 10*F).

Yeah I was thinking about the T6, so that oil is good for the transmission? No moly or anything to make it slip?

it's rated for wet clutch use

i have ran the honda hp4s oil in mine since the first oil change shifts really smooth with synthetic

run Rotella 15/40 ..if it's below -0F find something else to do.
