I bought a foam gun, the kind you attach to a garden hose. Before I go out and buy a soap made for foam guns/cannons, are there any good soaps I can buy at AAP, Walmart, etc. to try? Thanks!

I have the auto geek Gilmore foam gun, and use meguiars 400:1 car wash soap. Any soap should work, provided it isn't too viscous and you get the dilution right...
I use meguairs gold class soap with my Gilmour 95QGFMR Foamaster II. Works pretty well, but there are better foaming soaps out there dedicated to this purpose.
Thanks for the replies. I was hoping to be able to get something that works well w/o having to order it in. I'll fool around with what I have here and see. It will be a while, since we're in a cold snap at the moment.
I've also got the Gilmore Foam Gun.I've tried several types of Shampoos in the Foam Gun.So far the best I've found is Chemical Guys Mr Pink.Really does the job.They also sell this on Amazon...
