The old Dakota finally had to have some money spent on repairs. The water pump seal let go and started puking coolant. So with 89,500 miles showing, a new water pump it got. This is it's first break down. Been toying with the idea of a new Ram with a Hemi. Regular cab short box, 2 wheel drive. Do they still come like that? 3.92 gears should make it a fun driver.

Look on the Ram website and build one. Yes, you can get a sparten Ram with a 6'4" bed, Hemi V8 and 3.92 rear axle ratio. That axle ratio requires an 8 speed automatic however. I imagine not many such 2016 Ram trucks will ever be built as such.

They do, spend just a little more and get a quad cab. the asking prices on regular cabs is ridiculous.

They call it the Express, a guy down the road has one just like this. Sharp rig.

Throw on a set of nerf bars, a rubber bed mat, and a tonneau cover and your GTG.

You want the 8spd, don't even look at a truck with a 6spd unless its cheap.
