Nose mask (car bra) tab repair

I had someone give me an OEM Nissan Nose Mask (car bra). Two of the tabs that slide into the space around the fog lights that help hold it in place have tears in the canvas (canvas covers the hard plastic tabs). What's the best type of glue to fix these tears and where do I buy it?

That thing will scratch your car up.

But looks like something for super glue.
