Great video! Loon isn't a good name for it, crazy as a loon...
I was hiking a while back, saw a Cormorant dive into the water, catch a fish, and get it to shore. The Dipper bird is famous around here for living near streams and diving a lot, thats a good name too.

Just imagine the military applications....you could sink a large ship with the correct warhead on that thing. Or use it to follow enemy ships and submarines Or penetrate Navy marina installations undetected sit underwater and monitor ship/submarine movement.

My mind went in the gutter as I just watched a documentary where drones are used as genocide tools as we speak. Neat toy though, until this is implemented to shred kids at the beach.
