Jacking on SFC's

I know it is generally an accepted practice to jack on weld-in subframe connectors. I have a set of Mac sfc's on my '96 GT. They are welded in, but as you can see they don't have the largest mating flanges. Additionally, they are just long enough to get the job done, not full length like some pricier ones.

Do you think they would be fine to use as a jacking point? I need to get the car up on four jack stands this year for the clutch job, and doing front then back is very tough since its pretty low and tends to become too angled to get a jack under the 2nd jacking point.
