My ignorance for not knowing what this is. I was thinking a dog chew toy but unsure. Thank you in advance

car51....sorry you took offense to my remarks. I didn't mean to hurt you....but.....IMO, this forum is primarily (99%) for oil and automobile issues, so I felt that to post such a silly (IMO) picture of 'whatever it is', shows to me that you have to much time on your hands and are bit bored.
