OCI recommendation

So in our nissan versa we started using shell helix hx7 10w30, what oci do you all think is ok with this oil

Depends on your usage.. short trips/long, hwy/city..etc etc.

I have a 2014 Versa Note. The OCI I use is for severe use. That is Short trips around town. Lots of stop and go traffic. Nissan says 3750 mile oil changes for severe service. I usually change it out around 3000 miles.

I have been using synthetic oil. Mobil 1, Castrol Edge, Pennzoil Platinum. I am going to try the Pennzoil Gold Blend on next oil change.

5000 - 7500 mile OCI should do well. Or OLM if the vehicle has one
