The wife and I took ski lessons on Monday January 11. No crowds, a lot of snow from several days of heavy snow fall, and the roads were clear of ice. The lessons were great, the lift lines short, the food at the lodge decent, and the two beginner hills were a blast. Love this sport, a lot.

Good to see it again. I skied there (and Snow Summit, just down the road) as a kid in the sixties.
Thanks

As long as you have some coordination and a sense of self preservation, you don't have too much too worry about. Almost all the people that get hurt are usually pushing themselves pretty hard, or are just dumb and try to go down to much hill before they know what they are doing....

+1 Ski for entertainment. No James Bonding needed........skiing is KING because it...........

pushes everything else out of your head when you're doing it. Sooooooo worth it.
