In my old Ford Ranger 3.0 I used M1 10-30 and put 354K(miles). When sold engine ran great.

Semi Synthetic: Delo 400 10W30

Previously I have use PYB (with some straight 30 mixed in), Peak and Valvoline Maxlife

Trop Artic,10W30 Goes in as old oil burner. Lifers tap with thicker oil but going to try 15W40 next time.

I used standard Mobil 1 in the 97 Volvo for years. This year I switched up to the High mileage version since I do have 118,000 on the clock.
