Don't see too many 10/30 samplings. Actually, don't recall seeing any. Mileage was actually just over 11,700 miles with no makeup oil. Used ALS via Amazon's Wix Filter oil analysis kit.

DIAGNOSIS

Engine wear levels appear satisfactory for first sample. Silicon level (dirt/sealant material) satisfactory. Water content acceptable. Viscosity within specified operating range.

Action: Resample at next recommended interval to monitor and establish wear trend.
 
For 11,700 miles w no make up, those are some amazing #'s. The ES350 is really easy on oil - I service a 2007 as well and just change every 5k (takes 2-3 years) with dino. Good post.
 
Did better than the pp in the 2.5 with half the miles. I might just go back to M1.

That's Mobil 1 Extended, to be clear. Might jump to Valvoline Max Life at the next change to see the difference. I didn't check the oil level before the oil change; looking at the contents of my oil container, the Lexus may have been short half a quart. Will monitor it better next time.
