I'm not ready to get back into SDRL.
But when oil was $38/BBL it was a screaming deal. So I bought 2X-3X bull oil ETF shares.
I sold those. And bought the bear oil ETF's, and sold those yesterday.
I bought LINE when it was near $2.00, sold that near $3.40.
Yesterday at the open I bought COP, MPC and COG.

Dont just buy because they have been beaten up. Place your Buy Stops at these numbers.

I wonder, have posters lost sight of this thread? Increasingly, I see someone starting a new topic about money issues. I miss the times past where there were several folks posting every day. These days, there are only 5 or 6 regular posters. I think Pablo is probably the longest time poster here.

Government says unemployment rate is 5% which is a lie, that's why I constantly mention jobs / the economy / layoffs,....etc....

The job situation is the worst it has been in 30 years. The real unemployment is over 10%. There are large numbers of people who gave up looking for work and went on the dole. I was forced into early retirement at age 56. The company went a long to help me survive, basically, giving me advance access to to my retirement $$. It was a good thing, at 56, there were NO professional jobs at my level available for me. I couldn't even get a job as a W/M greeter. I finally got a temporary job at a local university at 1/3 on my professional pay. There are whole areas where these jobs are permanently lost. Technology has moved on.
Then the Fed should not raise bank rate.
