An elderly lady in my complex owns this car and it's due for an OCI. I have a friend that works for his uncle at an indy garage.
A customer needed an OCI but wrecked his Tacoma. My cousin now has 6 qts of NAPA 5W20 synthetic oil and a FRAM 3614 filter. He wants to donate the OCI to the Mustang but, it has a slight oil pan leak. I am thinking that the synthetic oil is going to make the leak worse or just leak out faster than a conventional oil. Any opinions on this? I might just suggest to exchange the oil for some HM oil, save it and go buy some WMST HM oil, or just use it.

Run it and keep an eye on the leak. I'd wipe the whole area down where the leak is. I'd also snug the oil pan bolts if it were my car. Probably don't want to do that though and be liable if something goes sideways.
