If it was a Ford ecoboost (turbo), most likely 5W-30.

That turbo dogs the oil pretty quickly ?

I've neve seen oil that dark with such little miles.

Good times: when I cut filters I do use the pig mats and I take my stuff to work as we have a safety Kleen dumpster and scrap dumpster. I can take the absorbent mats and dump em' in the safety Kleen dumpster at work as well as old quart bottles and 5 quart empty oil jugs
