Just a heads up on my 1500 with the hemi: Had an ongoing exhaust leak/rattle. Warranty replaced the driver side manifold/gasket and the pass side gasket, which did not solve my exhaust rattle. Continued to make this sound like a heat shield vibrating. I went under the other day and found the culprit: the sheet steel plate that is sandwiched between the engine and trans was making the sound - passenger side.
There is a expanse where a passenger side starter could be placed. I bent it just a fraction of an inch to tension it and will place a bolt through near the top to solve it for good. Just FYI if someone out there comes across this [censored] noise and gets as irritated as I do.
