Is this fuel pump OK?

The fuel pump on my 2005 Civic went out.A friend gave me an HFP. Will it work?

I've never had a fuel pump go out on any non domestic car, are you sure it's your Fp?

No. Stick to Denso, I think that pump there is a Chinese one.

The fuel pump in my Accord quit at 350ish thousand. The Chinese Airtex that replaced it barely made it 30k.


OP, if someone gave it to you, I would put it in and try it. Do you have a fuel pump access? If you do, changing the pump is about as easy as an oil/filer change.
