Kawasaki Bayou 220 cutting out...

hey guys, 97 bayou 220, cleaned the carb and adjusted the valves, took it for a ride and it ran well for about 15 mins, and then just shut down, i'm thinking its an electrical problem, any ideas ?

Does it have spark when it shuts down?

Go through the usual motions--compression, fuel, and spark. If anyone of the three are missing or intermittent, then you will have found your starting point. Does it have electric ignition or points/condenser?

Does it have low oil shutdown?
