I wonder if those Caterpillar TO-4s would fit.
I think the requirement is no VIIs, wet clutch very specific and minimum HTHS for SAE 30 of 3.5 or 3.7, I forget which.
Someone mentioned Delo 400 15W30 as being 3.7 HTHS.
I don't doubt that SAE 30s will produce better power than SAE 40s, and the engines may run cooler too.
But, the point is minimum HTHS not KV100 #s which obsoletes the SAE grade scale.
