I may be off base, but what difference does fuel delivery method make to what oil additive someone uses?

There has been a lot of buzz about CaSa in oil causing problems in DI engines...

I can certainly see being concerned about other oil components, also.
With a DIT engine of my own, I keep an eye out for stuff like this.

The simple solution is to adhere to the severe maintenance schedule for more frequent engine LOF changes.
