Additives for motor oils
ADDO®: novel additive for engine oils:
ADDO is based on a mixture of Diamonds and Graphite
nanoparticles. Very fine particles of NanoDiamond,
with size of only 6 nm polish the moving parts of an
engine to mirror quality, leaving no defects and reducing
friction and wear.
NanoGraphite is working as a natural and an extremely
efficient dry lubricant reducing the friction further
Your engine becomes more efficient, it uses less fuel and lives longer.

Diamond particles and graphite particles???

Probably one might as well flatulate into the intake and achieve the same result.

How much is a 10-12 oz bottle diamond particles additive, if it's available ? $1,000 ? Bugatti Veyron owners can afford it.

My LS400 can't drink this exotic fluid.

Bugatti Veyron owners are discouraged from even checking their oil level. You're told how your Veyron will be serviced and that's the end of that.

60€ ($68) for a 200 ml bottle, which treats 4 to 6 liters of oil, per their online store.

Lets see, it causes wear, but that's good?

why don't we go ask our resident additive guru "johnny-b" to give it a try and see?

He may ended up either "unconditionally endorses it" or "not"....let's see what he thinks?

*laughs*

Q.

"Liquid diamonds" was referred to in an episode of The Wild, wild West years ago.

"Just use the word MINK", a friend was told when dealing with female customers.

There's a coolant called "Mercedes Benz GOLD". Oh yeah, G-05.

Is it "All Natural"?......."Organic"......"GMO FREE".

Does it "Empower Women"? I'll but it then and only then. Kira

That Bug has about 20 gallons of oil in there, so no need to bother the customer with a dipstick. The whole car is designed around the idea of "dope with more money than he knows what to do with." Most people simply cannot understand.

They say "graphite dry lubricant" nonsense. As it is in oil, which is still not dry, last time I checked, the graphite is wet. As for diamond nano bits polishing hardened steel that is already polished, why decrease the surface area by polishing? All you will be accomplishing is widening the gap for the oil to flow between, as the diamonds keep polishing until the [censored] thing throws a crankshaft out the side of the exploding engine.

Didn't you read that it polishes the internals? Its like rubbing compound for your crank bearings.

It does doesn't it.

Heck if diamonds polish all the engines surfaces I've got a better and less expensive idea that should work the same way.
Take a handful of beach sand and grind up pencil lead. Mix well, use a funnel and pour it in thru the oil fill hole then sit back and enjoy the benefits.
I don't think it will take too long to realize the expected results.
