Tuesday night the wifes car threw a map code. I checked power and resistance at the sensor wires per the pin point test. Theyre fine. The map sensor is most likely to blame. I cleared the code and is has yet to act up again. Would you replace it or wait and see?

I had a similar thing happen to me last week on another pressure sensor: tire pressure sensor went off, warning me of low tire pressure, which turned out to be a false alarm. I cleared the alert on the dash (it wouldn't go away on its own) and haven't seen it come back yet.
I'd leave your Manifold Air Pressure (MAP) be. If its really bonkers, you will get other codes light up, so maybe just a speck of dirt or anamoly.
